I´ve got a question first: Why do you want to have a german driving licence?
We are all europe, and as far as I know there´s no difference between the german and the dutch one!

After I've entered this question, I realized I don't need a German driving license. The question should be: Can I drive a German car / motorcycle when I live in the Netherlands and also have the German nationality. I''ll ask at our local goverment.

Okay, I see. I think it´s a good idea to ask the government, because they should know it better than we do! :-)
But I still don´t think that there could be a problem with driving German cars or bikes in the Netherlands!
